Gibsonburg schools use FinalForms to assist in the enrollment of ALL students.

FinalForms is an online form and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign enrollment, contact, and athletic participation forms for your children. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from year to year and season to season, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. 

Please register at https://gibsonburg-oh.finalforms.com and follow the prompts to create your account, create your student, and sign the required forms.

• Once the FinalForms are filled out, we will push that information to Progressbook, and a student ID number will be generated. You can get this information from a student's grade card, Progressbook, or by calling the building secretary. 

• You will also use this information to add lunch money to your student account.
